Send an inquiry and we’ll verify availability, share the full brochure, and help you choose a theme and add-ons. A deposit reserves the date. We handle delivery, assembly and styling, then return the next day for pickup.

Our A-frame tents are approximately 36 × 75 inches and teepees are approximately 40 × 75 inches. The outdoor bell tent needs about 25 square feet and sleeps up to six guests on 75-inch mattresses without frames.

Every standard package includes delivery, collection, assembly and styling, plus the selected tents, mattresses, linens and coordinated decor. You can also choose from a variety of fun add-ons.

Sleepover tents and the bell tent are available on Fridays and Saturdays. The outdoor Glamping Bell Tent is available seasonally from October through May.

The usual setup window is 9 AM–2 PM. Depending on the number of tents, setup can take 90 minutes to 3 hours. We’ll confirm arrival and collection timing the weekend before your party.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your reservation. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. A $75 refundable damage fee is included on the final invoice.

We inspect the rental items at collection. If there is no damage, the $75 deposit is refunded by the end of pickup day.

With at least seven days’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new date within three months but is not refundable. With less than seven days’ notice, we’ll work to reschedule within three months; if that is not possible, 25% is refunded.

Not at all. We create experiences for people of all ages. For liability reasons, sleepover services are available for ages five and up.

Three or more weeks is recommended. If availability allows, bookings may be accepted up to seven days in advance, with the full invoice due at reservation.

Sheets, blankets and decorative pillows are professionally laundered after each use. All other items are disinfected and spot-cleaned between parties.

Please keep pets, slime, permanent markers, sticky foods, smoking or strong odors, paint and nail polish away from the setup. Pets, water hoses and sprinklers must also be kept away from the bell tent.

Indoor tent decor is battery powered. Some outdoor bell-tent items may need access to a power supply.

For hygiene reasons, sleeping pillows are not provided. Please ask each guest to bring their own.
